With a background in social work (MSW) and as a member of both the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW), I take a compassionate, person-centered approach that meets you where you are.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, adjusting to life changes, or coping with chronic pain, I create a safe and open space to gently touch your pain and facilitate healing through evidence-based therapies. As someone with lived experience of chronic pain and a physical disability, I bring both professional insight and deep empathy to our journey together.

During your first full session, we’ll take the time to explore your story and understand your needs and goals. You’ll have the space to share as much or as little as you feel ready to. The focus will be on creating a safe, supportive environment where we can collaboratively explore your goals and challenges.
Our session will flow naturally, guided by your needs and comfort, while I introduce my therapeutic approach. I’m here to provide a supportive space where you can find clarity, begin healing, and openly process your emotions.
A typical therapy session lasts about 50 minutes. This time is dedicated entirely to you providing a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals. Each session is structured to ensure you feel heard and understood while making meaningful progress at your own pace.
The cost for each 50-minute therapy session is $170. A sliding scale option is available for those who may need it, ensuring that support remains accessible. If you’re unsure about starting therapy, you can begin with a free 15-minute consultation to explore if it feels like the right fit.
Yes, all therapy sessions are conducted online via Jane App. This allows you to access support from the comfort of your own space, offering flexibility and convenience while maintaining a safe and confidential environment for our work together.
The number of therapy sessions needed varies for each individual, as it depends on your unique goals and circumstances. Some people find clarity and progress in just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. Together, we’ll assess your needs and move at a pace that feels right for you.
